We do not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use of, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the website.

By accessing or using the Site, purchasing our Products or using any subscription service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, these Terms of Service (the “TOS” or the “Agreement”).

Web Site Information
We have tried to ensure that information provided in the Web Site is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information. We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the Web Site or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Description of Products
Although we take extreme care to make sure Nutritional Values and Diet Specifics of products are as accurate as possible, we are reliant on the information provided to us by the supplier and/or manufacturer. This information is for guide use only and should be considered as estimates only. We reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products. Read all labels and allergy advice before consuming.
Please note that Macronutrients % displayed on the products information section and above your baskets content are rounded to the nearest whole number, these calculations are again reliant on the information provided to us by the supplier and/or manufacturer, therefore these should be taken as estimates only.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on our Site may be mispriced. We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice. All prices do not include shipping which will be added to your total purchase price.
Delivery of Products
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by our method and to the address linked to your Code Health account. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. If you checkout as a guest we will deliver to the address you state on our payment processor, we currently only ship to a select few counties in Europe. Click here to view a list of the counties we currently ship to.
Code Health is set up for UK shipping prices, once you log into your account our shipping prices will adjust accordingly to your location. If you are checking out as a guest select your shipping country from the drop down options before checking out. The shipping country you state here must match that of the country you state on our payment processor.
Our preferred carrier is Yodel where suitable. When Yodel isn't suitable (usually larger orders over 3KG). Other shipments will normally be sent using DPD.
Orders are usually despatched daily except weekends and normal holiday periods.
Orders made before 4pm will be processed the same day, then dispatched within 1-2 days. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been confirmed by us. If you are a registered user, once your order has been confirmed you will be able to view this in the "previous orders" section of your account. We will then update the order status to ‘Processed’.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing or e-mail at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered, for non perishable Products only, 7days for perishable Products. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to the returns address. The products should be returned in the same condition as received and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.
You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
